Baby Cohn 2016

Well...baby Cohn 2 is headed our way. After much anticipation and waiting we found out we were expecting in April. I wasn't really late with my period but we had been trying for a while and decided to take a test and see since I had so many tests already why not. Sure enough it came out positive. I was so excited I could not believe it. Now how was I about to go about my day without telling everyone I encounter. I wanted to call Eric up right away and tell him but I didn't want him thinking about it all day. So I waiting until he came home after a day of working and after he had dinner I gave him a little box with two positive pregnancy tests. We were both super excited but I didn't want to tell Kevin yet until we had heard the heart beat because we weren't sure if he would tell everyone the news. So went to dr Damian the next morning and he confirmed the positive result. I was 6 weeks along when we found out. This is a little late ok who am i kidding this is very very late. Sad they do say the second kid gets the short end of the stick and looks like it so far. But i guess i just don't get so nerotic with everything so that's good. December 8, 2016 I am 38 weeks tomorrow and I feel great. Went to the Dr. yesterday and I am 134lbs. 2 more weeks to go. I wonder when you will be here. you do move around a lot more than your big brother, but i don't mind i love feeling you move and saying hi to us all. went for the final sonogram last week and you are measuring at 6lbs 7 oz. Tech things you will be bigger than your big brother she's was estimating about 7lb 12oz. so well see. all depends on when you wanna make your entrance. So many people are so eager to meet you. I wonder if you will look like your bother. We shall see soon.

Week 39

Yesterday I have having alot of pressure. It was bad, espcially right after I emptyed my bladder, it was hard for me to stand straight. I caLLEd the dr. and he said sounds like maybe a bladder infection but I don't think so. Today's much better

I think though I lost my mucus plug this morning. I will have the dr. check when i go and see him tomorrow. hopefully babies born on thursday that's what eric thinks. WEll see.

Week 37-38

Superbowl went great!! WE had alot of people come, and everyone helped to clean up so it wasn't that bad. The stupid Green Bay Packers won. Monday we went to the dr. I am up to 134. Baby is measuring at 7lbs or so now. I feel good dispite the fact that there are some days when there is alot of pressure when I walk. I found out that Feb 18th there is a full moon so well see if I go into labor then. Also Eric says that the Cohn men have a tendency to be born on Thursdays but Niether caleb or brennan were born on thursdays. But well see.

Long over due update

It's been a while since i have update my blog due to the fact that I am no longer at work and not in front of the computer 24/7. I am feeling great, dispite the fact that the baby is starting to grind up on my pelvis and it is painful, but when I sit down it does go away.

Today is superbowl sunday and we are having some people over. It's The Pittsburgh Steelers Vs. the Greenbay Packers. We are rooting for the Steelers in the family of course. Here are some photos from the past weeks.

Baby Shower

My baby shower was this weekend~!!! It was snowing but not that bad. I do believe almost everyone showed up which was really great! we got alot of great stuff!!

Week 33-36 Babies now the size of a honeydue.

I am still feeling very good. Sunday night Eric and I put together the basinett without any arguments. so that was good :)


I went to the Dr. again this week and saw Dr. Henderson and he said that the Babies measuring a little bit small so he scheduled an ultrasound to measure the baby, so i'm looking forward to seeing you again.!!!! I was sooo sick this week. Terrible cold. I interviewed a pediatrician which i believe we are going to use. We also had part 1 of our baby care class and I hated going in there all sick but what could i do. I stayed home Thursday and part of friday. Friday night we were at the clubhouse with Maria and Aunt Cristina to get it ready for my shower!! They were predicting snow so well see.

Weight 129.

week 32

So went to the Dr. last week and I met with Dr. Gould. He said that baby is Head down which is good, i hope he stays head down and that he is about 4 lbs. My weight was at 128lb. Weight gaining is perfect. right on track.

BLIZZARD OF 2010
December 26th we had soooo much snow it was 30+". It was nice cause we were both off and Grandma MaryJane and Grandpa Yime were visiting so we did alot of lounging around, and the men did alot of digging out.



2011 started out fun with a 80's Themed party at Pete and Carrie's House. It was really nice to be with both of my frunna's yet again. What a crazy year 2011 will be with all the weddings we have. Lots of fun memories.
